Stories for Children Magazine Announces Its Second Annual GRANNY Awards!

IVINS, UT, January 21, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stories for Children Magazine will celebrate its Second Birthday on April 1, 2009. It has been another year full of growth, thanks to our many contributors. Without them, there would NOT BE a Stories for Children Magazine.

The Editorial Staff at Stories for Children Magazine will be recognizing their "Personal Favorite Contribution" over the past year with the Second Annual Granny Award! This award is named after two SFC editors since they are "Grannies".

There will be First, Second, and Third Place awards, broken down by age, for the following categories:

Fiction by age group (3-6, 7-9, 10-12)
Poetry
Nonfiction by age group (3-6, 7-9, 10-12)
Young Author
Cover Art (new this year)
Inside Artwork (new this year)

If you have been a contributor during 2008 at Stories for Children Magazine in any of these categories, then you are in the running! Our Granny Winners will be announced in the upcoming April 2009 issue.
