The salon magazine, titled X Factor, will be distributed to approximately 28,000 high-end salons in Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi. Exclusive Beauty Supplies plans to publish three issues in 2009, with the debut issue scheduled for early August, followed up by two more in September and November. Each X Factor will feature insider news, articles and tips from the industry's leading salons, professionals and manufacturers.

Marketing Matters has earned several industry awards for custom publication design, including the 2007 Pearl Award from the Custom Publishing Council in the "Design: Best New Publication/Magazine" Category for Gear Head magazine, a publication targeted to high-end consumer electronics dealers and installers.
